About Us:

Inskillz gamifies education, teaching 21st-century digital skills with Finnish and Estonian excellence. We are currently seeking a highly organized and multilingual Executive Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Running Info-Sessions: organize and conduct information sessions for our Inskillz products.

2. Customer Outreach: proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our products and services.

3. Manual Data Clean Up: perform data clean-up tasks as needed to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages.

2. Proficient in Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Contract Details:

The position is part-time, with a temporary contract duration of 7 months. However, based on performance and business needs, there is a possibility of extending the contract beyond the initial period.
