Next up we are introducing Saara, the Conference Manager of MUNOT!

She steps into this year’s conference with valuable experience, having previously survived life as the Ambassador of the Central African Republic and the Philippines, as well as a Deputy Chair. With a strong understanding of both delegate and chair perspectives, Saara knows exactly what it takes to make a conference run smoothly.

While she values structure, organisation, and efficiency, she firmly believes that MUNOT should be just as fun as it is educational. Whether it’s behind-the-scenes coordination or solving last-minute chaos, Saara is guaranteed to lock in and do her best to ensure an engaging and unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

Above all, Saara hopes that all participants will feel welcomed, inspired, and excited throughout the conference. She can’t wait to meet you all!

Dear delegates and guests and everyone, who is reading this monologue, I welcome you to the MUNOT 2026. Sorry, not I, but the Conference Manager, Remi Edur, welcome you all. As you can already tell, this guy may be a bit off the rails on the topic of remembering things clearly and adding some of the details. However, he would not be here without his determination, which he shows off to anyone who dares to challenge him. According to his words, the conference is in good hands thanks to the organizers and helpers. As the saying goes, “With great power comes great responsibility.”
To be frank, he is mostly new to the field of guiding and organizing. His background consists of being an Ad-Staff member, so starting from the bottom (jokingly, of course!!!), and then being promoted to the position of Main Chair. And now, as said before, he takes the stand as the Conference Manager. So basically, he started in the year 2023 and has worked up the promotional ladder almost to the CEO.
But as the Conference Manager, he has some really meaningful roles to fulfill, namely being ready to take on tasks from all the fields surrounding him and helping out wherever help is needed. During the conference, he will be the patrolling officer, who is there to keep order around the political world. Actually, he will just be keeping an eye on the conference so that no one breaks the rules and harms the well-being of the conference.
One can say that he is a slightly less valuable jack-of-all-trades.
Overall, the conference is in the hands of the delegates and participants. We, as the organizers, are there to guide and aid every member who needs it. There have been rumors that the MUNOT is, in comparison to other MUN conferences, very welcoming, more easygoing, and especially caring for the first-timers. So bear that in mind. The sights have been set for a memorable and interesting conference. We want everyone to enjoy their participation, so do not be afraid to speak out about your ideas, and do not be afraid to ask for help. Good luck, au revoir!

Honey, wake up! MUNOT 2026 PGA just got announced!!!

Meet Jaanika, the President of the General Assembly!
She’s known who she wanted to become from the very beginning but the journey there was anything but short. From a quiet start as a delegate of Italy at MUNOT and a delegate of Thailand at KOMUN with maybe 10 words said in total, she quickly found her voice. That led to her Best-Delegate-worthy performance as Germany (even if the chairs didn’t quite agree on that) and a true breakthrough as a Chair of the 4th Committee. From that moment on, it was clear: she was made for the PGA role.

Hopefully you are as excited to meet her as she is to meet all of you! See ya at MUNOT 2026!!

Here is the Secretary-General of MUNOT 2026, Laur Erik Kivihall — the dog lover turned coffee-addicted boss man.

After having received the torch from Kaur, Laur will use his experience as a Manager, substitute Chair, and participant in several MUNs to the fullest, ensuring that the conference runs smoothly even without the recommended eight hours of sleep.

From resolving boring management debates to trying to prevent wars between countries, a cup of warm coffee is never far from reach. Fueled by a lack of sleep and caffeine, he keeps the team working hard.

Even if he looks fast asleep while standing, don’t worry — he is always ready to help with any problems that may arise.

Introducing the impeccably skilled, one-of-a-kind, and obviously incredibly important Finance Manager of MUNOT 2025, Franz Frederick Oja!

He is relatively new to MUNOT, first attending in 2025 as a delegate, admittedly a fairly mediocre one, which he made up for with his memorable and unique stylistic choices, iykyk. This year, through sheer passion (and being the only candidate), he managed to land himself the prestigious role of Finance Manager. This entails looking for sponsors, securing the necessary funds, and managing every single penny spent on the conference.

His plan is to use his bottomless bags of money to provide an enjoyable and comfortable conference for all attendees with unlimited snacks and coffee for everyone. He wishes the best for everyone and can’t wait to see you all at MUNOT 2026!

Introducing Annabel, the Ad-Staff Manager for MUNOT 2026 — a familiar face returning with even more sarcasm and reliable competence.

After taking part in MUNOT as Ad-Staff in both 2024 and 2025, Annabel steps into the manager role ready to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s organized, quick on her feet, and fully prepared to turn conference chaos into coordinated efficiency — usually with a perfectly timed sarcastic remark.

Known for her wit and funny no-nonsense attitude, Annabel makes sure the Ad-Staff team is supported, respected, and ready for anything. She’s protective of her team, so delegates: treat them well, or else...

But despite the sarcasm, don’t be afraid to approach her — Annabel is always happy to help. She’s approachable, supportive, and committed to making this conference a smooth experience for everyone.
