If you practice this meditation, it will help you. You can do these three excercises each morning in bed to revive and renew yourself for the whole day. And the whole day you can be just charming, energetic, together, and real. You will not lie. Knowledge belongs to those who practice, and lousiness belongs to those who do not. Knowing is not enough. Experience is.

Lessons from Impact Days’ panel: how to empower your kids with science and curiosity (especially if they are girls).

* Dont choose the easy way (smart phone or TV), but choose the hard way (learning and experiencing) to have the easy way later on (when applying your knowledge).
* They must work a lot so they are not afraid of the hard work that we need to do to achieve things in life
* Make them do silly physical work so that they want to learn how to avoid it in future (and educate themselves to find smarter solution instead)
* Dont simplify things, explain them e.g how phases of moon work instead saying its just like that. They will loose interest in science when it is oversimplified.
* Be their superhero. Do the above things yourself too.

Lugesin täna ilusat lõiku Jamie Wheali postitusest Flow Genome Project'ist ja tahtsin seda kohe siin grupis jagada, sest ikka päris p**k vahe on jäänud viimasest mõtete jagamisest, eks ikka sellepärast, et see perfektne mõte ei jõua perfektseks formuleeruda, see sureb ennem. Sestap, ekspromt ja tehtud, siit!

Olen palju kordi taibanud, kuidas rutiinid, mis on mulle vajalikud muudavad mind ka väga mugavaks ja tegelikult ka kartlikuks. Aga paindlikkus on see, kuidas keha säilitab liikuvuse elu muutumises. Ja muutumises on kõik ja kogu aeg. See on pilt kui läksin koju läbi tundmatu tee. Ei ole eriti suur katsumus, mäest alla. Aga see väike muudatus pani kohe elumahlad käima ja ergutas meeli! Vahel polegi palju vaja, et vajalikku rutiini lasta voolata uuel veel, värskel ja rõõmustaval, sellel tundmatul eluenergial. Kui soovid proovi täna minna koju teed mööda, mis pole Sulle harjumuspärane! Viva la vita!

But as we get older, we need to get better at learning in less than ideal conditions. In fact, if we want to lead with stability, we have to train with instability."

Mul on suur rõõm teatada, või noh, mis nüüd suur rõõm, pigem rahu, Rahu jooga eks, 😁 et aprilliga - 🚨parandus, maiga 🌷- tõmban joogaõpetaja kogemusele joone alla.
Aprillis-mais teen oma lemmikkriyasid ja muidu sego kombosid, tavapärasest veelgi rohkem omamoodi. 🫠
Kel proovimata või soovimata, siis kiirustage, sektsimehed/seltsinaised!

Aga. Miks?
Sest tundsin selle tunde ära.

Et ma ei vaja kellelegi juhenduse andmist iganädalaselt, miks jooga hea või vajalik on. Aitäh, Annika, see oli viimane “klõps”. 💖 Kes teeb, see teab ja teeb nagunii ja jõuab oma õpetaja, teelisteni, ka minuni, kui soovib.

Et ma ei vaja oma täielikku pühendumise tunnetamist, et uskuda oma professionaalsust, klõnks kurgus varjule; ma teen seda nagunii. Kõiges. Ka joogas. 💝

Aga eelkõige mõistmises, et mul pole mingit vajadust “brändida ja turundada” oma õpetamist, sest see lihtsalt ei kutsu, pole mulle keskne kutse. Ma lihtsalt ei usu sellesse vormi. Täna.

Et ma heameelega jagan mõtteid sporaadselt siin-seal, kuid ei tunne, et tahaks olla liider, kellele toetuda, otside suunda, juhindust. Olla joogaõpetuste kamraad every day.
Iga nädal, iga päev. Isegi mitte iga kuu.
Sest ma lihtsalt muutun ja muundun nagu kuu.
Ja ma ise ei otsi ja ei oska ka suhestuda sellesse sotsiaalsesse jutustamisesse, et olla alati pildis, meelel ja keelel. Sest ma olen vaiksem, hing. 🌷

Et see oleks mulle pingutus, mis tuleb grinde’imise aga mitte loomulikkusega.
No lihtsalt on nii. 😌

Ja viimaks.
Et ma vajasin seda kogemust millekski väga isiklikuks, julguseks olla seal “ees”, laval, justnimelt selle lava ees olemise kogemiseks.

Sest mis see õpetaja amet muidu on kui esinema minek, olla ettevalmistunud ja siis luua kergusega, helgusega, kohandumisega, uudsusega sellest täielikust ettevalmistusest. Nagu laval laulmises.

Et ma armastan laulda rohkem kui teha joogat. 😂 Nii et iga kriya oli ikka kuidagi lauluga põimitud.

Et tunnen, et laulule tahan anduda ja muidugi ikka ka joogat teha, aga ainult siis ja seal, kus on suur kutse. Ja ikka laulujooga. 🚂

Ja et Kuu Ruum Stuudio. Seal leiab enda. ❤️

Kes teab, homme võibolla on hoopis teine tunne, ja see on ka ok. Aga ma arvan, et tegelikult ei ole homme teine tunne.
