Lessons from Impact Daysâ panel: how to empower your kids with science and curiosity (especially if they are girls).
* Dont choose the easy way (smart phone or TV), but choose the hard way (learning and experiencing) to have the easy way later on (when applying your knowledge).
* They must work a lot so they are not afraid of the hard work that we need to do to achieve things in life
* Make them do silly physical work so that they want to learn how to avoid it in future (and educate themselves to find smarter solution instead)
* Dont simplify things, explain them e.g how phases of moon work instead saying its just like that. They will loose interest in science when it is oversimplified.
* Be their superhero. Do the above things yourself too.

Olen palju kordi taibanud, kuidas rutiinid, mis on mulle vajalikud muudavad mind ka vÀga mugavaks ja tegelikult ka kartlikuks. Aga paindlikkus on see, kuidas keha sÀilitab liikuvuse elu muutumises. Ja muutumises on kÔik ja kogu aeg. See on pilt kui lÀksin koju lÀbi tundmatu tee. Ei ole eriti suur katsumus, mÀest alla. Aga see vÀike muudatus pani kohe elumahlad kÀima ja ergutas meeli!
