Start of the competition: March 30, 2021.
1. Deadline for applications: Solo until March 28, 2021.
The ensemble until April 7, 2021.
Orchestra until April 15, 2021

2. Registration of teachers for master classes from members of the International Jury of the competition with the receipt of certificates of master classes with all data and hours:
until April 25, 2021
3. Registration of teachers who submit for presentation on the platform of the International Competition their methodical works, methodical developments, open lessons, music collections with the subsequent receipt of certificates with indication of all statistics concerning of this work in accordance with the Regulations on attestation and explanations to the Position of competiton.:

The competition procedure provides for:
- Google registration of contest forms
- Registration with the help of Google forms of listeners of seminars, webinars, master classes
- competitive auditions online by members of the international jury and scoring;
- online seminars and workshops, webinars for registered participants with the issuance of appropriate certificates indicating the hours
- publication on the competition platform from registered teachers of all methodical works, methodical developments, open lessons, music collections with subsequent receipt of certificates indicating all statistics on this work in accordance with the Regulations on certification and explanations to the Position.:
- awarding the winners with certificates, thanks, diplomas, souvenirs, prizes.
Purpose and tasks of the Competition:
- In connection with the spread of the coronavirus epidemic, and long-term quarantine in many countries, including Ukraine, to support and involve schoolchildren and adolescents and their parents in the international project
- Identification of young talents, promoting the development of their performing skills, support for gifted children and students;
- Diversification and enrichment of the repertoire of primary art institutions and secondary specialized art institutions;
- Exchange of pedagogical experience between teachers of piano departments;
- Expanding cultural international ties.
SOLO
Students of primary art institutions:
I S category (up to 8 years (inclusive)) - duration of the work - up to 3 minutes.
II S category (9-10 years (inclusive)) - duration of the work - up to 5 minutes.
III S category (11-12 years (inclusive)) - duration of the work - up to 6 minutes.
IV S category (13-14 years (inclusive)) - duration of the work - up to 7 minutes.
V S category (15-16 years (inclusive)) duration of the work - up to 8 minutes.
Pupils of specialized boarding schools and college students:
VI S category (student) (15-16 years (inclusive)) duration of the work - up to 10 minutes.
VII S category (student) (17-19 years (inclusive)) duration of the work - up to 13 minutes.
Program requirements:
The competition is held in 1 round.
1. 1 work is performed at the choice of the participant within the time limits for each group
(Nomination SOLO work is performed by heart!)
2. Video recording can be done in any environment - school hall, classroom, street or at home.
3. At the beginning of the video you need a voice message or a visual card with the information that this video was recorded specifically for the contest " FANFARES OF LVIV 2021". Video recording and presentation must be done in one video file. The body of the performer (SOLO nomination) must be fully visible from the side on the video.
4. The age of the participant (Solo Nomination) is determined as of MARCH 28, 2021.
5. Deadline for applications: March 28, 2021
6. One participant has the right to take part in various nominations.

4. The age category of the ensemble is determined by the date of birth of the OLDEST member of the ensemble as of April 7, 2021.

III O WIND category (brass bands of secondary special art schools, special music schools with a ten-year curriculum, art colleges, higher art schools, total number of participants up to 25 people)
IV O WIND category (brass bands of secondary special art schools, special music schools with a ten-year curriculum, art colleges, higher art schools, the total number of participants is more than 25 people)
V O WIND category (brass bands of non-artistic educational institutions) (universities, academies, institutes, colleges, etc. Total number of participants up to 25 people)

FLASHMOB
CATEGORY OF FLASHMOBS (groups with the number of wind and percussion instruments not less than 80% of the total)
I FLASHMOB category (team from 2 to 12 people)
ІІ FLASHMOB category (team from 13 to 25 people)
III FLASHMOB category (team of 26 people)
Program requirements:
The competition is held in 1 round.
1. 1 work of your choice is performed, UP TO 10 MINUTES for each group
2. Video recording of the flash mob can be done in any environment - school hall, classroom, street or at home.
3. At the beginning of the video you need a voice message, or a visual card with information that this video was recorded especially for the contest "LVIV FANFARI 2021". Video recording and presentation must be done in one video file.
4. 1. Deadline for applications: Flash mob until April 18, 2021.
5. One participant has the right to take part in various nominations.
Terms of participation in the Competition:
The order of performance of participants is determined in any form by publishing the contest video of the contestant on the day of evaluation on the contest page in FACEBOOK

The results of the Competition are held separately in each age category.
Evaluation criteria.
The evaluation takes creative personality, professionalism, technical skills, sound diversity, stage endurance, age-appropriate repertoire, musicality, artistic interpretation of the musical work.
The jury reserves the right - to award the Grand Prix, to award special diplomas, incentive prizes.
The competition is evaluated on a 25-point scale, in real time, in the comments under the video, by members of the jury.
Participants are distributed according to the average score
The highest score and the lowest score from the jury members are not taken in the evaluation
1st place - 23-25 points
2nd place - 21-22.99 points
3rd place - 19-20, 99 points
Diploma winner of the competition - 17 - 18.99 points
Up to 17 points - a participant in the competition.
Financial conditions
The competition is a non-profit event.
To create a fund for the Competition, a charitable organizational contribution of each applicant is set in the amount of:
10 euros (SOLO) (EQUIVALENT IN UAH AT THE TIME OF COMPLETING THE APPLICATION) for each age category
