So incredibly grateful for my amazingly beautiful daughter who turned 18 !
I still can hardly believe it…😄

She is such a bright, loving Soul. Caring, determined and a little bit rebellious at times.. (in a good way.. haha.)

I love you deeply, my sweet Uma. Your powerful spirit has shown me the way since the day you were born.

I truly thought I would be the most patient, kind and loving mom. Boy was I woken up to a different reality.
I discovered authentic/conscious motherhood isn’t something we’re born with.
::
Our children show us our wounded-ness and they invite us to face it and heal.
Heal our expectations, fears, unworthiness, and need to fix and control. If not, we will recreate the disfunction of our own childhood.
Our children are here to guide us back to ourselves!

Being a mom can be very confronting yet I couldn’t be more grateful for all the opportunities I have to, bow down and become a better version of myself.

Today I passed this flower tree, in the little town I live in. The village itself is simple yet FULL of flowers everywhere. It made me realize how abundance is all around us in so many ways. And if we’re able to see it on the outside we can also find it within.✨

Abundance is there even if we don’t see it.
It’s there in a tiny flower on the side of the street, it’s there when you look up at the sky, it’s there in the very core of your being.

It’s the energy that opens the flowers and that grows the trees.
