Según la Real Academia de la Lengua el idioma español tiene 27 letras. Cinco vocales y veinte consonantes. No han sido considerados los dígrafos ll, ch y rr. En la enseñanza del español como Lengua Extranjera los enseñó y hago pausa en cada letra.
