Ecuadorian Culture To discover, we have organized activities, excursions and short tours.

GOLD PROGRAM

This program is organized for professionals and older adults who are interested in culture and its diverse forms and who desire to learn Spanish or to improve upon your knowledge of the language, and at the same time, want to discover the multi-cultural richness of Ecuador. It is also possible to visit museums, go to the movies, take guided tours through the city, or to see an artistic performance. We take into account that Quito has an active rich culture and for this it was declared the “Capital of Culture,” converting Quito into a tourist destination obliged to those who want to know one of the first two cultural legacies to humanity, (UNESCO 1978-2013). On the other hand, and as a complement to the program, we suggest additional activities like: yoga or dance therapy; reflexology, and other alternative medicine therapies, dental, and beauty care and saloon services; with this achieving an essential enrichment of the body and mind during your visit in our country. Part of Spanish, in the daily life context, are the communicative competencies oriented to resolve basic communication problems in real life situations, according to the needs of each student, as well as improving the quality of oral expression. Additionally, analyzation and discussion of cultural topics, participation and collective learning, and completion of homework during the entire studying process. Like this, our program is designed to provide an immersion in the Ecuadorian culture by living with a local family, with which you can practice and feel like part of the family.
