SIT TESOL Ecuador

A page for graduates of the SIT TESOL course at EIL Ecuador to get in touch, stay in touch, and share their experiences in Ecuador and beyond.

I've been involved with the SIT TESOL course at EIL Ecuador, sometimes as a trainer, sometimes as an administrator, since it started in 2006, and have been astounded by all the great people who have come through our course. I'm setting up this page as a way to keep us all in touch, and also to provide a resource for new course graduates. This is the place where you can share all your stories, insights, and photos of your time in Ecuador and beyond, ask and answer questions about teaching in Ecuador, and (if you're still in town) invite people over for your next dinner party.

Shout out to Dawn and Tim, the teachers who joined me for our first English Teacher's Drop In. We had a great talk about teaching for exams, about the specific challenges of English for Aviation, and about life and teaching in Ecuador in general. Thanks guys! Next one coming up soon!

Just to confirm- the first English Teacher's Drop In is tomorrow, starting sometime between 11:00 and 11:30 in the Confederate Bookstore. Topic: Teaching for Exams.
