In addition to classes, Vida Verde introduces students to Ecuadorian culture and daily life through home stays, visits to local markets and museums, as well as excursions to nearby attractions such as Quilotoa, Baños, Mindo, and Otavalo. Vida Verde means “Green Life.” Our school is part of the small but growing green movement in Ecuador. We have built partnerships with environmental and conservation-based projects, like Río Muchacho Organic Farm, which we support with 10% of our annual profits.
