Pedagogía del Inglés - UDA

Today, at our Student for a Day Event at the Universidad del Azuay, we had the pleasure of welcoming our future Pumas! These amazing students experienced how it is to be a part of the major of Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages. We prepared a small welcome gift for them 🎁 and then took them on a tour through a few classes. They learned, laughed, and at the end enjoyed a snack altogether. Just a glimpse of what they'll live in our major and University 🎓!

Yesterday, the Facultad de Filosofía gathered in faith and reflection during the Marian Triduum, a special moment of prayer, unity, and community.The Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages major proudly hosted this meaningful celebration, sharing together a space filled with devotion, gratitude, and hope. We thank everyone who joined us and helped make this encounter so special for our faculty community.

Yesterday, our team from the Pedagogy of National and Foreign Languages major at Universidad del Azuay had the opportunity to visit a local school and share with students the passion, opportunities, and purpose behind becoming language educators. It was inspiring to meet so many young people interested in building a future through languages, interculturality, and education. These visits are especially meaningful as we continue preparing for our “Student for a Day” experience, where future students can discover what university life in PINE is truly like. We are excited to welcome some of them tomorrow and continue growing this beautiful academic community together!

"PRIDE & PREJUDICE"
🎭 Our talented second semester students from the major performed this beautiful play today! With the joyful presence of many students from the Unidad de Idiomas, we enjoyed this heartfelt play with much joy. Events as these are what make our major so special and wonderful. Enjoy these highlights and be expectant of what's to come!

-Understanding Pygmalion-
Today our talented students from 4th Semester for the subject of Didactics presented an in-depth look into the famous novel "Pygmalion" by Bernard Shaw. Students highlighted the importance of communication rather than accents. To add more excitement to this event, our wonderful students from the Unidad de Idiomas enjoyed this moment as well. Stay tuned for more brilliant events such as this that showcases how diverse our classes can be.

During our first Workshop alongside NAT GEO, we received the joyful visit of our Puma and Team UDA promoting the Ruta Del Rio Race. This was an exciting moment that brought laughter and joy to an already interesting workshop.

PINE is officially buzzing! 🐝✨

​We had an absolutely wonderful time supporting the recent Spelling Bee at Catalinas High School. The air was filled with excitement, and our PINE members were thrilled to be a part of it.

​We are so proud of all the students who challenged themselves and showed off their amazing spelling skills. Congratulations to the winners and to everyone who participated!
