Our intensive Spanish courses are designed for learners who want to make real progress in a short time. With daily classes, a strong focus on communication, and practical language for everyday life in Cuenca, these courses combine structured learning with cultural experiences that help you use Spanish naturally and effectively.

2-week Intensive Spanish Course for Intermediates:
It is designed for those who need a boost in their Spanish skills and classes take place every day. If you know the basics but still need to get a good hold of the grammar and practice useful vocabulary for your everyday life in Cuenca, this course is what you are looking for. Moreover, an initial assessment will be provided in order to know your level and make sure this course suits you.It starts on Jan 12th and it takes place Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 for two weeks (40 hours).

3-week Intensive Spanish Course for Beginners:
This course at Vamos is perfect for beginners who want to build a strong foundation quickly. With daily classes, practical vocabulary, and a focus on real-life communication, you’ll learn the Spanish you need for everyday situations in Cuenca. Small groups, supportive teachers, and cultural activities help you gain confidence while experiencing the local culture. It starts on Jan 19th and it takes place Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 for three weeks (40 hours).

We’re now enrolling for Spanish courses starting January 12th and January 13th, available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

Our small group classes (maximum 5 students) follow a relaxed but steady pace, with sessions held twice a week, two hours each, over five weeks (20 total hours). An initial level assessment ensures you’re placed in the right group. Courses are specially designed for students over 50 (but not exclusively), with a strong focus on listening and speaking skills.

Course Fee: $150 — includes a workbook and access to three cultural activities every other Friday (Ecuadorian cooking, fruit tasting, guided walks, dance, film screenings).

Beginners 1: Tue and Thu 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Beginners 2: Mon and Wed 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Upper Beginners: Tue and Thur 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Intermediate 1: Mon and Wed 10:30 AM-12:30 PM

Intermediate 2: Tue and Thur 2 – 4 AM

Intermediate 3: Mon and Wed 2 – 4 PM

Upper-Intermediate: Tue and Thur 2 to 4 PM

Advanced: Mon and Wed, 1:30-3:30 PM

Durante estos días de fiesta, los estudiantes aprendieron en la escuela sobre las diferentes costumbres y tradiciones del Día de los Mu***os en Ecuador y América Latina, mientras disfrutaron de una rica colada morada y guaguas de pan. 🤤🥰
Además, también visitamos el EMUCE EP Cementerio Patrimonial y conocimos su historia a lo largo del tiempo. ¡Fue interesantísimo! Muchas gracias a las personas asistentes y a la excelente guía que nos enseñó la historia y curiosidades de este lugar tan hermoso. 🙏💙

If you are able to communicate but still feel frustrated in certain situations or would like to take your Spanish to the next level, this is the course for you.
The starting date is September 29 and it is held Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It lasts 3 weeks (30 class hours in total).
The price of the course is $215 and includes a workbook and access to the school's cultural activities, such as Ecuadorian cooking classes, fruit tastings, guided city tours, dance classes, and Latin American films. The class will have a maximum of 5 students. Don't miss out! 😉💙
