Special thanks to its President, Mr. Nour Eddine Mohemdi, and his respected assistant for their generosity, support, and dedication to education and culture.

A heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Redouane Belhadj رضوان بلحاج for his continuous support, encouragement, and trust in NSCAPEL Wilaya Office since its creation. Deep appreciation also goes to my wonderful colleague, Hidaya Attar Zennaki , whose constant help in revision sessions, planning activities, and organisation has been invaluable.
