🌸 Hello, hope you’re all doing well 💕 I am sharing my opinion about the BEM Exam:
🌸Reading Comprehension:The questions were direct and familiar, which helped students work comfortably.
🌸Task 03: Lexis:A good choice overall 👍🏻 Students could score more easily compared to “find in the text” activities.
🌸Mastery of Language:
🌸Task 01: Not the best choice, in my opinion. Since many students struggle with spelling, the misspelled words may create confusion instead of assessing their real level. Plus, sole students may think that the misspelled words are correct 😐
🌸Task 02: I have mixed feelings. Students are usually used to only three verbs, so seeing more may cause stress, but it can also help them gain more marks.
🌸Task 03: Honestly surprising. Neither teachers nor students are familiar with this type of activity, especially the focus on vowels, which is not clearly emphasized in the syllabus. I don’t think it was suitable for a national exam.
🌸Situation of Integration:A successful and appropriate task overall.
الموضوع من نوع “السهل الممتنع”، وكما قال الكثير، فإن الجزء الثاني من الامتحان يخدم بالدرجة الأولى التلميذ الممتاز.
للأسف، لم توفَّقوا في تحضير امتحان يخدم التلميذ والأستاذ معًا، كما لم توفَّقوا أيضًا في وضع أسئلة تغطي البرنامج المقرر بذكاء
