My Review of the:
TOEFL EXAM In Constantine, Algeria...
I am going to say that I recommend you NOT take your exam at ULC school in Constantine. After assisting a student and dear friend take her test there, I can attest that they are not very dedicated to the students who are paying a very high price to take this exam(and believe me schools are attracting many prep students and making lots of money from this exam). First, we had difficulties reaching them by phone. Second, when we arrived one week in advance to register, the cut off date to register on time is one week, they told us it was too late. Really?? We had to insist and *finally* the owner dealt with it and registered my friend, the applicant. Upon arrival on exam day, the exam administrator was very cold. Not one smile! A student pays 25000 DA for the exam and to be greeted with such a poor attitude is appalling. During the exam, my friend had problems with the microphone and was not offered any assistance other than being advised to talk much much louder into the microphone. Really? I was shocked.
So, to sum it up, choose Algiers to take your exam. I will go visit the school, there, myself and give a report on it at a later date.
Good luck to all who go on to take the TOEFL exam!
