To all the teachers who are keeping struggling in silence.🙏🏼

A teacher stood in front of the class every morning with tired eyes and a hopeful smile. He carried more than books—he carried broken confidence, silent struggles, and dreams that were never his own. He stayed late to help students who were falling behind, spent his own money on classroom supplies, and listened when no one else would.

Years passed. Students graduated, moved on, and remembered his kindness. But the system never remembered him.

No awards. No recognition. No voice in decisions. Just endless paperwork, overcrowded classrooms, and expectations that grew heavier each year.
🙏🏾
One day, he stopped speaking as much in class. The spark in his eyes faded. He still showed up, still taught, still cared—but something inside him had quietly given up.

He wasn’t a bad teacher. He was simply a forgotten one.

The saddest part is that the system didn’t lose him in a single moment. It lost him slowly, day after day, while he kept pretending he was fine.
