استقبل مدير جامعة وهران للعلوم والتكنولوجيا محمد بوضياف (USTO-MB)، البروفيسور المميز أحمد حمو، برفقة البروفيسور رضوان تلمساني، نائب المدير المكلف بالعلاقات الخارجية والتعاون (VRRE)، اليوم البروفيسور عمارة عمارة، القامة العلمية ذات الشهرة الدولية في مجال الدارات المتكاملة والنظم الذكية.

و تأتي هذه الزيارة رفيعة المستوى في إطار التحضير لإبرام اتفاقية تعاون أكاديمي وعلمي واسعة النطاق بين جامعة USTO-MB وجامعة بَيْهانغ (Beihang University) الصينية المرموقة، وتحديداً عبر معهد هانغتشو للابتكار الدولي (H3I).

ويتطلع الطرفان إلى بناء شراكة علمية موجهة نحو تحقيق نتائج ملموسة تركز على المجالات التالية:
الذكاء الاصطناعي والنظم المدمجة
الالكترونيات الدقيقة وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT)
الأمن السيبراني وأمن الأجهزة والأنظمة
تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الطبي
الحركية الأكاديمية، الإشراف المشترك على أطروحات الدكتوراه، والمشاريع البحثية المتبادلة.

ويعد البروفيسور عمارة عمارة من ابرز العلماء بمساره ألاكاديمي والدولي حافل، حيث تحصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في المعلوماتية سنة 1989والتأهيل الجامعي (HDR) من فرنسا، كما يُعد خبيراً معترفاً به عالمياً في مجال الدارات المتكاملة والتكنولوجيات الناشئة:
وقد شغل رئيسا لجمعية IEEE للدارات والنظم (IEEE CASS) (2020–2021) ثم رئيس فرع IEEE في فرنسا (2014–2016) ، كما عين الرئيس العام للمؤتمر الدولي المرموق IEEE ISCAS 2024 و زميل أكاديمي (Academic Fellow) بجامعة جنيف (سويسرا) اضافة الى باحث منضم منذ عام 2024 إلى معهد هانغتشو للابتكار الدولي بجامعة بَيْهانغ

وتعد جامعة بَيْهانغ (Beihang University – 北京航空航天大学) التي تأسست عام 1952 ومقرها بكين، إحدى كبرى الجامعات التكنولوجية في الصين المدرجة ضمن المبادرات الوطنية الكبرى للتميز (211, 985, Double First-Class).

كما تتميز بمكانة عالمية مرموقة في الهندسة، الطيران، المعلوماتية والإلكترونيات الدقيقة، وتضم أكثر من 43,000 طالب. كما يشكل معهد H3I التابع لها في هانغتشو قطباً دولياً رائعاً يجمع بين البحث العلمي المتطور، التدريب، ونقل التكنولوجيا.

وعليه تؤكد جامعة USTO-MB من خلال هذه المبادرة عزمها المستمر على تعزيز مكانتها كقطب علمي ورائد في منطقة شمال إفريقيا وحوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط.

إعادة تأهيل قاعة الرياضة والملعب متعدد الرياضات على مستوى حرم IGCMO – USTO-MB
اليوم، 19/08/2026، عُقد اجتماع تنسيقي برئاسة السيد مدير الجامعة، الأستاذ الفخري حمّو أحمد، بحضور السيد مفتاح سيدي محمد، عميد كلية الهندسة الميكانيكية، والسيد بن مسعود محمد، نائب مدير الجامعة المكلف بالتنمية والاستشراف والتوجيه (VRDPO)، إلى جانب ممثلين عن مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية وهران (DJS)، السيد عيسى قندوسي، المدير بالنيابة لمديرية الشباب والرياضة، والسيد بلغيث محمد، مفتش بمديرية الشباب والرياضة.
ويندرج هذا الاجتماع في إطار استكمال أشغال وتجهيز قاعة الرياضة وإعادة تأهيل الملعب متعدد الرياضات على مستوى حرم IGCMO – USTO-MB وقد توقفت الأشغال منذ سنة 2019، قبل استكمال المشروع بصورة كاملة. ورغم الأشغال المنجزة، لا تزال بعض الخدمات والأشغال ضرورية لتمكين قاعة الرياضة من الدخول الفعلي حيز الخدمة.
وبهذه المناسبة، تم القيام بزيارة ميدانية لموقع قاعة الرياضة والملعب متعدد الرياضات، بهدف تقييم الأشغال المتبقية وتحديد الإجراءات اللازمة لاستكمال العملية.

Rehabilitation of the Gymnasium and the Multisports Field at the IGCMO Campus – USTO-MB
Today, 19 August 2026, a coordination meeting, chaired by the Rector of the University, Professor Emeritus HAMOU Ahmed, was held in the presence of Mr. MEFTAH Sidi Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. BENMESSAOUD Mohammed, Vice-Rector in charge of Development, Prospective Studies and Orientation (VRDPO), as well as representatives of the Directorate of Youth and Sports (DJS) of the Wilaya of Oran, namely Mr. Issa Kandoussi, Acting Director of the DJS, and Mr. BELGHIT Mohammed, Inspector at the DJS.
This meeting was held as part of the completion of the works and equipment of the gymnasium, as well as the rehabilitation of the multisports field at the IGCMO campus – USTO-MB. The works, which were suspended in 2019, were not completed in their entirety. Despite the works already carried out, some remaining works and services are still required to allow the gymnasium to become fully operational.
On this occasion, a site visit to the gymnasium and the multisports field was conducted in order to assess the remaining works and determine the necessary actions to complete the project.

Réhabilitation de la salle de gymnastique et du terrain multisports au niveau du campus IGCMO – USTO-MB :
Aujourd’hui, le 19/08/2026, une réunion de coordination, présidée par le Recteur de l’Université, Monsieur le Professeur émérite HAMOU Ahmed, s’est tenue en présence de Monsieur MEFTAH Sidi Mohamed, Doyen de la Faculté de Génie Mécanique, de Monsieur BENMESSAOUD Mohammed, Vice-Recteur chargé du Développement, de la Prospective et de l’Orientation (VRDPO), ainsi que de représentants de la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports (DJS) de la wilaya d’Oran, Monsieur Issa Kandoussi, Directeur par intérim de la DJS, et Monsieur BELGHIT Mohammed, Inspecteur à la DJS.
Cette réunion s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’achèvement des travaux et de l’équipement de la salle de gymnastique et réhabilitation et du terrain multisports au niveau du campus IGCMO – USTO-MB. Les travaux, arrêtés depuis 2019, n’ont pas permis l’achèvement complet du projet. Malgré les travaux déjà réalisés, certaines prestations restent nécessaires afin de permettre la mise en service effective de la salle de gymnastique.
À cette occasion, une visite du site de la salle de gymnastique et terrain multisports a été effectuée afin d’évaluer les travaux restant à réaliser et de déterminer les actions nécessaires à l’achèvement de l’opération.

يُعدّ 20 أوت محطة تاريخية بارزة في مسيرة الثورة الجزائرية، إذ يخلّد هجومات الشمال القسنطيني سنة 1955 ومؤتمر الصومام سنة 1956، وهما حدثان مفصليان في مسار الكفاح من أجل استرجاع الاستقلال الوطني.
وتُمثّل هذه الذكرى مناسبة لاستحضار تضحيات شهدائنا الأبرار ومجاهدينا الأبطال، وتجديد الوفاء لقيم الحرية والسيادة والوحدة الوطنية.
وإلى طلبتنا، بناة جزائر الغد: لتكن تضحيات أجدادكم مصدر إلهام لكم لمواصلة مسيرة بناء الوطن وتطويره بالعلم والمعرفة والتميز وروح المسؤولية.

August 20 is a major historic date in Algeria’s national struggle. It commemorates the North Constantine Uprising of 1955 and the Soummam Congress of 1956, two landmark events that profoundly shaped the course of the struggle for national independence.
This commemoration pays tribute to the courage and sacrifices of our martyrs and freedom fighters, while reminding younger generations of the price paid for freedom and national sovereignty.
To our students, the future builders of Algeria: may the memory of those who came before you inspire you to pursue, through knowledge, excellence and commitment, the continued development and progress of our country.

Le 20 août constitue une date historique majeure de la Révolution algérienne. Il commémore l’Offensive du Nord-Constantinois de 1955 et le Congrès de la Soummam de 1956, deux événements qui ont marqué profondément le cours de la lutte pour l’indépendance nationale.
Cette journée rend hommage au courage et aux sacrifices de nos Chouhada et Moudjahidine, tout en rappelant aux jeunes générations le prix de la liberté et de la souveraineté.
À nos étudiants, futurs bâtisseurs de l’Algérie : que la mémoire de nos aînés vous inspire à poursuivre, par le savoir, l’excellence et l’engagement, l’œuvre de construction et de développement de notre pays.

تتواصل عملية إزالة الأعشاب الضارة، منطقةً تلو الأخرى، على مستوى جامعة وهران للعلوم والتكنولوجيا محمد بوضياف (USTO-MB)، تحت إشراف السيد بن عودة، مديرية الوسائل العامة والصيانة (SDMG) بالجامعة. وسيتم الانتهاء منها قبل الدخول الجامعي المقرر يوم 22 سبتمبر 2026.

L’opération de désherbage se poursuit zone par zone à l’USTO-MB sous la supervision de M. Benaouda SDMG de l’USTO-MB. Elle sera cloturée avant la rentrée universitaire du 22 septembre 2026.
