إعلان عن انطلاق مناقشات مشاريع تخرج "شهادة مشروع مؤسسة اقتصادي"
دائمًا في إطار المرافقة المستمرة والدؤوبة لحاملي المشاريع الابتكارية، وتحت الإشراف المباشر لمدير الجامعة البروفيسور المميز أحمد حمو، وبالمتابعة والتوجيهات السديدة لمدير حاضنة الأعمال البروفيسور محلة قادة، وبرعاية طاقم الحاضنة المتميز؛
تعلن حاضنة أعمال الجامعة عن الانطلاق الرسمي لمناقشات مشاريع التخرج المقررة في إطار القرار الوزاري 1275 (المُحيّن والمطور في القرار 008)، والخاص بمذكرة تخرج للحصول على "شهادة مشروع مؤسسة اقتصادية ".
احتضنت اليوم 18/06/2026 كلية التميز للهندسة الكهربائية تحت اشراف عميد الكلية البروفسور غانم بشير, فعاليات هذه المناقشات، لتكون منبرًا لعرض الأفكار الإبداعية والحلول التكنولوجية التي طورها طلبتنا النخبة طيلة الموسم الجامعي.

والمنظمة من طرف مركز دعم التكنولوجيا والابتكار (CATI USTO-MB)
بالجامعة وقد مكّن هذا اللقاء المشاركين من تعميق معارفهم حول معايير قابلية براءة الاختراع، وتقنيات البحث في حالة التقنية السابقة، والأسس الأساسية لصياغة براءات الاختراع. كما ساهمت جودة المداخلات وثراء النقاشات وتفاعل المشاركين في إنجاح هذا التكوين
كما نتقدم بخالص عبارات الشكر والتقدير إلى السيد تابت أول عبد الكريم، ممثل المعهد الوطني الجزائري للملكية الصناعية على حضوره ومرافقته القيمة، التي أضافت بعداً مهماً لهذه الصبيحة التكوينية
وتؤكد هذه المبادرة على الأهمية البالغة لترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار وحماية الملكية الفكرية داخل الوسط الجامعي

Une matinée riche en échanges et en apprentissages autour de la propriété intellectuelle et de la valorisation de l’innovation, tenue le 15 juin 2026. L’atelier intitulé « Les conditions de brevetabilité – Recherche de l’antériorité – Rédaction de brevets », organisé par le Centre d’Appui à la Technologie et à l’Innovation (CATI USTO-MB), a permis aux participants de renforcer leurs connaissances sur les mécanismes de protection des inventions
les méthodes de recherche de l’état de la technique ainsi que les bases essentielles de la rédaction des brevets
La richesse des échanges, la qualité des interventions et l’engagement des participants ont contribué pleinement au succès de cette formation. Nos sincères remerciements s’adressent à Monsieur TABET AOUL Abdelkrim, représentant de l’INAPI, pour sa disponibilité et le partage de son expérience, ayant apporté une réelle valeur ajoutée à cette formation

A rich morning of exchange and learning was dedicated to intellectual property and innovation valorization on June 15, 2026.
The workshop titled “Patentability Criteria – Prior Art Search – Patent Drafting”, organized by the Technology and Innovation Support Center (CATI USTO-MB), enabled participants to strengthen their knowledge of invention protection mechanisms, methods for prior art searching, and the essential foundations of patent drafting
The quality of the presentations, the richness of the discussions, and the engagement of the participants greatly contributed to the success of this scientific event and to the dynamic exchange of knowledge
Our sincere thanks are extended to Mr. TABET AOUL Abdelkrim, representative of INAPI, for his availability and the quality of his intervention, which added significant value to this initiative.
