Imtiyaz El Djazaïr officially inaugurated its new IELTS Examination Centre in Oran, under the leadership of its Director, Djeffal Sid Ahmed, in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, James Downer, the Director of the British Council Hamza Koudri and Exam partnerships officer Asma CHEBIEB. as well as representatives of the local authorities of the Wilaya of Oran, Baghdad Vice Président APC d'Oran Tchico Bouhassoun, Vice President of the People’s Assembly of the Wilaya of Oran, and the Representative of the Regional Director of Air Algérie, Gharbi.
The ceremony was also marked by the re-signing of partnerships agreements reaffirming the shared commitment to a long-term partnership based on mutual trust, excellence, and adherence to international standards.
The event took place in an institutional setting and included a guided tour of the new facilities, official speeches, notably the address delivered by His Excellency the Ambassador, followed by a reception and networking moments.
This new facility forms part of Imtiyaz El Djazaïr’s development strategy, following a relocation aimed at integrating advanced technologies, improving examination conditions, and meeting the growing demand from candidates in Western Algeria.
