National School of Built and Ground Works Engineering (originally called : Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Travaux Publics or ENSTP) is a university-level institution of higher education and research. Founded in 1966, it is the Algeria's oldest civil engineering school. It remains to this day one of the most prestigious and selective Algerian Grandes Ecoles.
