#نظمت خلية ضمان الجودة بالمركز الجامعي نور البشير بالبيض، يوم 04 ديسمبر 2024م، من الساعة 17:00 إلى الساعة 19:30 ورشة نقاش مميزة باللغة الإنجليزية، حول موضوع تمكين المرأة الماكثة في البيت وجودة الحياة.
جمعت هذه الفعالية المشاركين وبحضور السيد مدير المركز الجامعي البروفيسور فراج الطيب، لاستكشاف مواضيع حيوية تتعلق بدور المرأة في المجتمع، مع تعزيز حوار مثمر ومفيد. وشملت النقاط الرئيسية التي تمت مناقشتها ما يلي:
✅المراسيم القانونية الجزائرية حول تمكين المرأة ودعمها
✅أهمية التمكين الإقتصادي والإجتماعي للمرأة، لاسيما في جانب المشاريع الناشئة والمصغرة، مع أمثلة من الواقع.
كما تم فتح طاولة نقاش حول التحديات المستقبلية والحلول المقترحة للموضوع.
كانت الورشة نقاشًا مفتوحًا أتاح للمشاركين فرصة تبادل آرائهم وخبراتهم وأفكارهم المبتكرة لتعزيز تمكين المرأة الماكثة بالبيت وضمان مجتمع أكثر توافقا وفعالية . نتوجه بالشكر الجزيل لجميع الحاضرين على مشاركتهم وتفاعلهم.

The Quality Assurance Cell at the University Center Nour El Bachir
in El Bayadh organized today, December 4, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m., a distinguished discussion workshop in English, on the topic of empowering housewives and quality of life
This event brought together participants, in the presence of the Director of the University Center, Professor F***j El Tayeb, to explore vital topics related to the role of women in society, while promoting a fruitful and useful dialogue. The main points discussed included the following:
Algerian legal decrees on women's empowerment and support✅
✅The importance of women's economic and social empowerment, especially in the area of start-ups and small projects, with examples from real life
A discussion table was also opened on future challenges and proposed solutions to the topic.
The workshop was an open discussion that gave participants the opportunity to exchange their opinions, experiences and innovative ideas to enhance the empowerment of housewives and ensure a more harmonious and effective society.
