تفتح جامعة قسنطينة 1 – الإخوة منتوري أبوابها افتراضياً لفائدة حاملي شهادة البكالوريا الجدد، قصد التعرف على مختلف عروض التكوين، وشروط الالتحاق بالتخصصات، وآفاقها الأكاديمية والمهنية، بما يساعدهم على اختيار المسار الجامعي الأنسب.

التسجيل الأولي عبر الخط
خلال هذه الفترة، يقوم حاملو شهادة البكالوريا الجدد بإجراء التسجيل الأولي عبر المنصة الرقمية المخصصة لذلك، من خلال ملء بطاقة الرغبات واختيار التخصصات المتاحة وفقاً لشروط الالتحاق المحددة في المنشور الوزاري.

تأكيد التسجيل الأولي
يتعين على حامل شهادة البكالوريا خلال هذه المرحلة تأكيد تسجيله الأولي عبر المنصة الرقمية، مع إمكانية تعديل بطاقة الرغبات قبل التأكيد النهائي، وذلك في حال رغب في تغيير اختياراته ضمن الآجال المحددة.

كما تعلم ادارة الجامعة كافة الطلبة أن عملية الدفع الإلكتروني لحقوق التسجيل الجامعي والإيواء والنقل تنطلق ابتداءً من يوم الإثنين 13 جويلية 2026، وذلك عبر منصة PROGRES من خلال الروابط التالية:

✅ ملاحظات هامة:
- يتم استكمال إجراءات التسجيل النهائي بعد دفع حقوق التسجيل والإيواء والنقل إلكترونياً، لتصبح بطاقة الطالب وبطاقة الإقامة متاحتين عبر تطبيق PROGRES.
- لا يمكن إجراء عملية الدفع إلا من خلال الحسابات المفعّلة على المنصة.
- الطلبة المنقطعون عن الدراسة أو المتخلون عنها مطالبون أولاً بإتمام إجراءات استئناف الدراسة أو الإدماج، ثم الشروع في عملية الدفع.
- بالنسبة لطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر (M1)، يتم دفع الحقوق بعد ظهور التخصص الموجَّه إليه الطالب ضمن خانة "تسجيلاتي" على منصة PROGRES، وبعد تفعيل الحساب.
🟥 تنبيه هام:
آخر أجل لإتمام عملية الدفع الإلكتروني، وآخر موعد قبل إلغاء تفعيل حسابات الطلبة على النظام المعلوماتي المدمج PROGRES، هو يوم السبت 25 جويلية 2026.

Online Pre-registration
During this period, new Baccalaureate holders must complete their online pre-registration by filling in their study preferences and selecting eligible academic programs in accordance with the official admission regulations.

Confirmation of Pre-registration
During this period, students are required to confirm their online pre-registration. They may also modify their study preferences before submitting the final confirmation within the prescribed deadline.

The University Administration hereby informs all students that the electronic payment of university registration, accommodation, and transportation fees will commence on Monday, 13 July 2026, through the PROGRES platform using the following links:

✅ Important Notes:
* Final registration procedures can only be completed after the electronic payment of the registration, accommodation, and transportation fees. Once payment is confirmed, the Student Card and Accommodation Card will be available through the PROGRES application.
* Payments can only be made using accounts that have been activated on the PROGRES platform.
* Students who have interrupted or abandoned their studies must first complete the procedures for study resumption or reinstatement, and then proceed with the online payment.
* For first-year Master's (M1) students, payment of the required fees can only be made after the assigned specialization appears under the "My Registrations" section on the PROGRES platform and after the account has been activated.
🟥 Important Notice:
The deadline for completing the electronic payment, as well as the final date before student accounts are deactivated on the integrated PROGRES information system, is Saturday, 25 July 2026.
