يتقدم السيد نورالدين عبدالباقي مدير جامعة امحمد بوقرة ببومرداس باسمه وباسم كل أساتذة وموظفي الجامعة ،باخلص عبارات التعازي واصدق مشاعر المواساة، لسكان اهل سطيف الذين تعرضو لحادث مأساوي اليوم ببومرداس ،ويتضرع الى المولى عزوجل ان يتغمدهم بواسع رحمته ويسكنهم فسيح جنانه ،وأن يلهم اهلهم جميل الصبر والسلوان .
