1 ère session (15 à 20 personnes par session): entre le 1 et 15 Octobre 2022 pendant 3 jours selon le programme indiqué ci-dessous.
Les autres sessions feront l’objet d’un communiqué en tant voulu mais seront réalisées avant
le 31/12/2022.

Cette formation sera sanctionnée par une évaluation et fera l’objet d’une attestation de formation délivrée par l’AAH.

✅ 1 Programme de la formation

♦ First day

Learn about the R programming language, how to browse the CRAN repository, find out the right packages for your research needs, load and store data, set up a workspace, check a history command, and install new packages with add-ons. In this lesson, you will learn all the basics to use the R language in your everyday research life

🔵 The goals of the first day are explained in details as follows

** Comprehensive description of the CRAN repository
and the interface of the Rstudio

** We will delve into the package manual and explain
how to decrypt each package

** Work on the program interface (+ : install - uninstall
- Operators - Data types - Workspace - Working
directory in R - Getting help)

** We will explain the workflow of RMarkdown to save
and share your results directly via the web or your
website

♦ Second day

On this day, we will detail how to import and read different databases. In this lesson, you will learn how to apply descriptive statistics in R. We will draw the most commonly used figures (Scatter plot, Line plot, Histogram, Boxplot.. ) in statistics with the application of some tests ( Test normality- ANOVA, t-test )

🔵 The goals of the Second day are explained in details as follows

** Importingyour data into R

**Descriptive statistics in R (Min, Max, Mean, SD,
Var, range, Correlation, QQ plot, Histogram, Scatter
plot..)

**Test normality ( Shapiro-Wilk TEST, KolmogorovSmirnov TEST)

**Other tests (Student's t-test - ANOVA - Wilcoxon)

♦ Third day

It will be earned from what we have learned over the past two days. We will work on the transition to explain how to do a multivariate analysis with different scenarios based on complete aesthetics and accuracy.

🔵 The goals of the Third day are explained in details as follows

** Principal Component Analysis (PCA)

** correspondence analysis (CA)

** Clustering (HCA)

L’extension du cours à un ou deux jours supplémentaires (sans frais supplémentaires) est laissée à l’appréciation du formateur.
