The Department of Real Estate is pleased to announce the signing of a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (MoU) with The Premium Homes Ltd.

This collaboration aims to strengthen industry-academia connections, promote research and innovation and create better opportunities for our students in the real estate sector. As a key outcome of this partnership, the projects of The Premium Homes Ltd. will be utilized as practical learning laboratories for students of the Department of Real Estate, enabling them to gain hands on experience and real world industry exposure.

The MoU signing ceremony was graced by Prof. Dr. Mostafa Kamal, Dean, Academic Affairs and Dr. Mohammad Rokibul Kabir, Dean, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Amir Ahmed, Associate Professor & Head, and Mr. Shakil Ahmed, Lecturer, represented the Department of Real Estate, Daffodil International University.

On behalf of The Premium Homes Ltd., Mr. Md. Mainul Hasan Dulon, Founder & CEO; Mr. Ejaj-Ur Rahman, Deputy CEO and Mr. Rayhan Bhuiyan, COO, along with other distinguished members, were present at the ceremony.

The students of Batch 231 from the Department of Real Estate have successfully completed their Land Survey Techniques lab session. Throughout this course, students actively engaged in fieldwork, capturing practical insights and hands on experience.

This field based learning has helped them develop essential skills such as measurement accuracy, data collection, teamwork and problem solving, preparing them for real-life challenges in the real estate and land management sector.

The department also extends sincere thanks to the Department of Civil Engineering for their support with equipment, guidance and overall assistance.

Special thanks to our respected faculty member Nafisa Binte Momin for her valuable support and supervision.

🎓 BRE Departmental Orientation | Spring 2026 🎉

The Department of Real Estate, Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship (FBE), Daffodil International University successfully organized the Departmental Orientation Program for the Spring 2026 semester, warmly welcoming the newly admitted BRE students.

The department was honored to have Dr. Md. Harun Or Rashid, Director, REHAB and Chairman, Real Estate Research Standing Committee, REHAB, as the Chief Guest of the program.

We were also privileged to have Engr. Mahmudur Rahman, GM (Engineering), MSc in Civil Engineering, as the Special Guest of the event.

We were honored to have Professor Dr. Mohammad Rokibul Kabir, Dean, Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University, whose presence greatly enriched the program.
