La Faculté de Chimie de l’Université des Sciences et de la Technologie Houari Boumediene est fière de la remarquable réussite de son étudiante Rym Boulil, qui a décroché le 1er prix 🥇 lors de la compétition d’innovation INNOVBAT, organisée en marge du Salon international du bâtiment, des matériaux de construction et des travaux publics BATIMATEC 2026.
Dans un environnement fortement marqué par la créativité et l’innovation, la start-up , portée par l’étudiante Rym Boulil, s’est distinguée par la pertinence de son idée et la qualité de sa présentation devant le jury.
Ce projet s’inscrit dans la dynamique des solutions liées au bâtiment intelligent et durable, en proposant une technologie de verre intelligent destinée à optimiser la performance énergétique et à améliorer l’isolation thermique, ouvrant ainsi des perspectives prometteuses dans le domaine de la construction.
Il convient de rappeler que le projet ECO_SMART_GLASS a été développé au sein du Laboratoire des Matériaux Polymères de la Faculté de Chimie, sous la supervision scientifique de M. Benhacine Fayçal et Mme Lounis Feriel, dont l’accompagnement a joué un rôle essentiel dans la structuration et la maturation de ce travail innovant.

The Faculty of Chemistry had the great pleasure of organizing the 2026 Scientific and Pedagogical Days (JSPFC 2026), a valuable event full of exchanges, discoveries, and sharing around the theme: “Research in Chemistry: From Fundamental Science to Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” These days highlighted research work, strengthened the links between the university and its socio-economic environment, and encouraged innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit among our students and young researchers. We warmly thank all speakers, teachers, researchers, students, partners, and members of the organizing and scientific committees for their valuable contribution to the success of this event. The Faculty of Chemistry is pleased to share with you the official poster of the speakers as well as the detailed program of the Scientific and Pedagogical Days 2026 (JSPFC 2026), organized on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene.
Held under the theme:
“Research in Chemistry: From Fundamental Science to Innovation and Entrepreneurship”
These days will take place on April 27–28, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., at the M. Meklati Conference Hall, Faculty of Chemistry.

This national symposium will bring together researchers, academics, PhD students, and socio-economic partners to discuss recent scientific advances in polymer materials and their innovative applications.
