.. MCA interpreted the workplace by creating spaces capable of respecting the operational and organizational efficiency needs of companies, promoting the liveability and comfort of people.

The structure redefines a place identity, favoring a horizontal development that allows the building to live immersed in the natural environment by exploiting sun energy.

The concept of a “horizontal skyscraper ” allows free up space on the ground floor that turns into a modern private square that can be used as a place for events, exhibitions, and shows.

Inserted in an exclusive space between pedestrian paths and green areas, the square also houses commercial spaces and business services such as bar and restaurant services, WiFi connectivity, BikeMI bicycle park, changing rooms, and showers in the basement rooms for joggers or sports ...

Bricks/Cement Architecture Factory

This chemical plant project is designed on ​​approximately 10,000 m² in the Bezchaft region. The designers tried to contrast industry and modernity so that each could show off a unique beauty.

The brick used in this factory, together with white cement, displays the industry's power and the intended design is a tableau of contradictions. But, at the same time, it also depicts harmony and beauty.

The factory mixes creativity and innovation with traditional materials to create a unique atmosphere.

THE LOVI CENTER

The Lovi Center serves as an urban oasis for the city. The mixed-use landmark is comprised of a shopping mall, office, and hotel towers.

Designed to be a vibrant shopping destination, the project has become a unique retail-recreational attraction through the hybrid of public space and greenery. It is filled with natural greenery and flowers through podiums, gardens, and green belts, marking itself as a people-centric location with diverse commercial activities.

It creates an immersive experience that consists of art and cultural exhibitions, delivering an interactive and inspiring journey for visitors.

The whole design takes inspiration from the four seasons, immersing various flower characteristics into the façade, canopies, and public and interior space. A cascading glass funnel is designed in the atrium, serving as a canvas for a 360-degree light show and uniting disparate elements on each floor.
