As the 2025–2026 season comes to a close, we proudly celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments of our student Waldo A., whose dedication and passion for golf continue to earn recognition both nationally and internationally.

This year, Waldo became National Junior Tour Champion, won the National Junior Championships, earned selection to both the National Junior and National Amateur Teams, and entered the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) as the only junior golfer in the Dominican Republic currently ranked at the world level.

Adding to an exceptional season, Waldo was selected for a second time to participate in the prestigious LAAC Academy, an honor reserved for only 12 of Latin America's top young golfers.

Congratulations, Waldo! We are proud of all you have accomplished and look forward to seeing what comes next.

With bright smiles, colorful memories, and proud hearts, we celebrated the accomplishments of our Kindergarten students during their Moving Up Ceremony.

This special milestone honored a year of learning, growth, discovery, and friendship as our young learners prepared for the next step in their educational journey. Along with celebrating their achievements, we also recognized the unique qualities that make each child special, highlighting traits such as kindness, spontaneity, creativity, and friendship.

After an unforgettable season and a historic fourth consecutive Copa Malta Morena championship, we came together to celebrate the dedication, perseverance, and teamwork that made it all possible.

During a special breakfast, our school community recognized the remarkable achievements of our student-athletes and expressed our gratitude to the coaches and technical staff whose leadership, commitment, and support helped guide the team to success.

Congratulations to our Blue Wolves for continuing to inspire us with their excellence both on and off the field. This championship is a testament to the power of hard work, unity, and school pride.

We are honored to receive this recognition for more than five years of implementing the Construyo Program at Saint Joseph School.

This acknowledgment reflects our commitment to fostering not only academic excellence, but also the social-emotional growth of our students. Through Construyo, our students have developed essential life skills that help them build healthy relationships, navigate challenges, and contribute to a community rooted in empathy, respect, and well-being.

We are especially proud to have been selected to share our experience as a testimonial to the program’s impact and grateful to Margarita Heinsen and the entire Construyo team for their vision and dedication to positive education.
This recognition inspires us to continue nurturing the whole child and creating an environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

The seeds of a beautiful legacy have been planted. Through Growing Together, Blooming Forever, our Kindergarten students and members of the came together to design, create, and inaugurate a Legacy Garden built from recycled materials. Working side by side, they shared meaningful experiences while learning about teamwork, environmental responsibility, and the joy of creating something lasting together.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀—𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

We look forward to watching this garden, and the memories it represents, bloom for years to come.

We proudly celebrate our student Waldo A. for being crowned 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 at the tournament organized by the Dominican Golf Federation (Fedogolf), held at the newly renovated Teeth of the Dog course in Casa de Campo, La Romana.
Waldo demonstrated remarkable consistency and focus throughout the competition, maintaining the lead from the very first day with rounds of 73-74-79 and securing the championship with an impressive 8-shot advantage.

With this outstanding achievement, Waldo further solidifies his place as the leading player of the 2025–2026 National Junior Tour season.

Congratulations, Waldo, on this incredible accomplishment. Your dedication, discipline, and excellence continue to make the SJS community proud.

Our delivered an outstanding performance at the Dolphin Cup Padel Competition hosted by Saint Michael’s School.

We proudly celebrate our Girls’ and Boys’ teams for earning 1st Place, as well as our Boys’ teams for also securing 2nd and 3rd Place finishes.

Through determination, teamwork, and competitive spirit, our student-athletes represented SJS with excellence both on and off the court.

Congratulations to all of our players for this incredible achievement and for continuing to make our community proud.

Our National Honor Society students spent a meaningful day giving back through community service at Escuela Primaria Conrado Mieses.

Through activities, shared moments, and acts of kindness with the children, our students demonstrated the importance of empathy, leadership, and service beyond the classroom.

At SJS, we believe true leadership is reflected in the positive impact we make on others.
