Welcome back to campus! 🦈

There’s something special about seeing our alumni return to these halls, this time as parents. For some families, this marks the start of a new journey at CMS; for others, it’s a chance to welcome another child into a community that already feels like home.

We’re so happy to welcome our alumni families and their children to the 2026–2027 school year. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀!

During the Senior Graduation Ceremony, José Luis Martínez ’92, recipient of the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Award, shared a powerful message with the Class of 2026: character compounds, and the way you treat others will shape your reputation, opportunities, and legacy long after graduation.

Thank you, José Luis, for inspiring the next generation of CMS alumni with your wisdom, leadership, and example.

We were delighted to welcome representatives from the Classes of 1975, 1986, 1992, 1994, and 2007 to campus. Their visits were a reminder that while our school has evolved over the years, the friendships, memories, and sense of belonging created at CMS remain strong across generations.

Thank you for keeping our alumni community connected and thriving. Once a Shark, always a Shark. 🦈

10/06/2026

We were honored to gather with José Luis Martínez’92 our Distinguished Alumnus 2026, for a special luncheon attended by CMS leadership, including our Head of School and High School Principal, members of the Alumni Association Executive Committee, and student leaders Valentina Sebelén, Senior Class President, and Shailyn Peña, STUCO President.

The conversation provided a valuable opportunity for our student leaders to discuss their future career aspirations and gain insight from Jose Luis, who emphasized the importance of staying focused, pursuing excellence, and always going the extra mile in every role they undertake.

Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for inspiring the next generation of Sharks! 👏🏻🦈
