A new school year begins for our Elementary Eagles! 🦅💙

Yesterday, our students in Grades 2–4 officially returned to SCS for their first day of classes, bringing smiles, excitement, and lots of energy back to our classrooms and hallways.

We’re excited for a year of learning, growing, building friendships, and encouraging one another every step of the way.

For the Class of 2027, today marks the beginning of a year filled with “lasts” — their last first day of school, their final year walking these halls as SCS students, and the beginning of a season they will remember for years to come.

As they step into their Senior year, we pray that they will continue to grow, lead with integrity, encourage one another, and make every moment count.

Congratulations to our students who have earned distinguished recognition from the College Board for their outstanding achievement in the Advanced Placement (AP) Program! The AP Scholar Award is presented to students who demonstrate exceptional college-level academic achievement by earning qualifying scores on multiple AP Exams. The AP International Diploma (APID) is awarded to students who achieve academic excellence across a broad range of AP subjects, demonstrating readiness for success at universities around the world. We celebrate our students' hard work, perseverance, and commitment to excellence in pursuing advanced academic studies at SCS.
