Driving in the Dominican Republic is like a video game. Take your chances with going through red traffic lights, failure to wear a crash helmet, drive down the wrong side of the street, cross in front of moving traffic, all to gain a few seconds and avoid a traffic fine.
Its a shame that this same attitude leads to the Dominican Republic being number one in all of Latin America for traffic deaths.
