YogaMos This is a place for kids to get together and "play" Yoga outside, in a park. I have have been practicing Yoga since the year 2000.

This can also be a place for adults wanting to feel free like the kids, and who might come together to do Yoga in a park. In 2014 I became a Yoga instructor (200 hrs ) and in 2017 I obtain a certificate for teaching kids with Cosmic Kids Yoga . I do continue my studies by practicing with the kids (mostly my son who was born in 2014) and by reading (for example, Yoga Education for Children by Swami

Satyananda Saraswati). The purpose is to get together in the park and "play" Yoga together, and to share the love of Yoga with our community. Events will be created not only for the kids, but for the adults as well.

Here, children can explore yoga in their own way, receiving gentle sensory input through the soft pressure of the fabric, helping them feel grounded, calm, and supported.

It’s more than a class—it’s a safe place where they can just be themselves.A space where their uniqueness is not only accepted, but truly celebrated 🤍.
