Yesterday 21st of May, two of our grade 5 students went out to 2 separate spelling bees to represent our school. Jai Jno Baptiste represented us at the Local government spelling bee and came out 2nd place. Niquan Nicholas represented us at the Portsmouth Library spelling competition. We commend both boys for making the effort and trying their best. ππΎππΎππΎ

On Friday 15th, May, students helped to beautify the parking lot of Salisbury Primary School by repainting the tires and parking lines.

Grades 3-6 also visited Bee Natural and had a wonderful time learning about bees, the collection of honey and its by-products.

In observation of Beeπ Day, students visited Bee Api and Bee Natural at Demers Apiary to learn more about these wonderful little creatures.

A huge congratulations goes out to Miss A. Jno Baptiste and her students, A. Laudat and M. Walsh for their performance at the national Science Fair. Their project of watermelon rind candy won gold π₯in the category of Food and Nutrition. They also won best overall primary project. π₯³π₯³πππΎ

We commend and congratulate Philyscia Euzebe and Jaynique Vidal on their performance in the second and final round of the DAT spelling Bee. They placed 4th in the overall competition and captured 2nd place for our district. Well doneππΎπ
