Graduation will be taking place tomorrow evening (Saturday June 18, 2016) at 6:00pm. We ask that all graduates please be at the hall by 5:00pm so that gowns, caps, hoods may be distributed and you know the procession procedure/seating arrangement.

Hello Everyone!
So we are less than a week away from Grad!! Hope everyone is as excited as we are!
We will be holding a graduation rehearsal on Thursday June 16, 2016 at 2:00pm. Rehearsal will take place at the venue (Scarborough Convention Center). Please inbox me if you are able to make it.

Also, if you have not yet RSVP-ed or pay your fee, please do NOT forget to do so, before saturday!!!

Finally, the graduation presentation is almost complete, so for those of you that would like to see photos from your graduating class be represented please inbox them ASAP.

With Graduation quickly approaching we invite you to submit any photos/videos you all may have from your medical school experience. Photos from the pre-md, the island life, rotations are all welcomed as well as anything relating to student life. Photos will be used during the visual presentation during the ceremony. Please submit your photos through email or privately message us on Facebook!

Also, if you have not yet RSVP-ed your spot for graduation, please make sure you do so ASAP. Spaces are filling up quickly!

Hello Students,

Graduation Invitations have arrived and are ready to be mailed to you! Please make sure that your current address is on file here at the school (we would hate for the invitation to get sent to the wrong location). Send us your mailing info via emai, Facebook or call us directly.

As of right now we plan on sending them through regular mail. If however you would prefer us to send it via FedEx there will unfortunately need to be another fee in place to send them through FedEx.

Please let us know which options are going to be best for you. We are opened to ideas on the matter and already have a few. If for example, the students who are currently living in Nigeria, wish to have us send all your invitations to one location and you can go and pick them up that is an option as well.

Hello Students,

We are happy to announce that we finally have a decision on payment methods. You should have been personally emailed with the different options for payment based on your graduating campus. If you have not yet received this e-mail, please notify us immediately so that we may send you the details.

The decision on graduation fees and the amount of free guests that your invitation covers has remained the same at $250.00 USD and 1 free guest. Please be advised that you still must pay the additional $50.00 USD for all other guests not covered by your invitation.

Dear Students:

As we will be having our first Commencement Exercises in June 18th, 2016 at the Scarborough Convention Centre, Toronto Ontario Canada, we would like to invite all current students who have already finished their requirements for graduation but have yet to receive their diploma as well as students still completing their Clinical Rotations who anticipate completion by the end of May to email us of your interest in joining the graduation ceremonies.

To all other students who will finish their rotations in June and afterwards, upon discussion with our Graduation Committee members, it has been decided conclusively that you will join next year’s graduation ceremonies. For those graduating within the first 2 weeks of June, you may still be included in the ceremony if you have already passed your exit examinations (NBME Comprehensive Clinical Examinations, the USMLE Step 2 CK or CS or the MCCEE) AND are cleared by our accounts department. Please do not worry as we will work hard to ensure that next year’s ceremony will be as good if not better than this year.
