Bright Beginning Centre Bright Beginning Centre is one of Dominica's premier Early Learning Childhood Institution.

The Centre, located at 10 Upper Lane Roseau, was established in January 2000. Our guideline aim is:
- to provide a child friendly environment that is safe, secure and nurturing
- to encourage children to learn and develop as they play
- to value every child's needs and abilities
- to develop self-confidence and self-esteem in children
- to help stage, arrange and plan children's learning activitie
