I highly value the artistic qualities of music, and often work with alternative genres and out-of-the-ordinary acoustic instruments. I take an organic approach to recording and mixing, foregoing the flavour of the month, and instead work towards realising the artistic vision of the project. I see the role of the producer as a provider of feedback during the creative process, while being an organiser and manager of both the artistic and the practical circumstances of the production. It is my ambition that this always takes place in cooperation with the artist, so that our efforts towards realising the vision is supported by the conditions of and framework around the artistic project. My career in professional audio spans more than 14 years, and is augmented by 5 years of higher education at music conservatories, which makes me one of the more educated producers/engineers in my field of work. In 2012 I completed a master's degree as a Tonmeister at The Royal Danish Academy of Music, specialising in producing contemporary music.
