Interested in writing short stories?

Spend two hours on Sundays with the short story—a form that is compelling, powerful and exciting. We will read both classical and modern short stories to learn from the craft's greats, then write and workshop our own pieces. We will also practice writing and editing techniques in each workshop. Open to all levels!

Hello writers! Details below for two more workshops this summer and an online workshop this fall. Workshops are open to all levels, from brand new beginners to published authors.

July 29: Life Writing + Memoir Workshop

Using our own life experiences to write material that can be used in various forms—from memoir writing to autobiographical fiction. In person in Valby, 10am-1pm, 600 kr.

August 26: Editing + Workshopping

Generative writing prompts followed by exercises in efficiency and trimming, editing through multiple lenses, proofing and feedback. Useful for every genre of writing. In person in Valby, 10am-1pm, 600 kr.

September/October: Short Story Online Series

Spend two hours on Sundays with the short story—a form that is compelling and powerful. We will read both classical and modern short stories to learn from the craft's greats, then write and workshop our own pieces. We will also write new material in each of the four workshops.
