The NFL Cardinals Center, Hjalte Froholdt will be hosting an event together with his brother 1. division handball player Lars Froholdt, on June 22, 2024 in Odense Denmark, at the Magasinet.

Come and hear from the only Dane in the NFL league, talking about his journey, from leaving Denmark to highschool, college and excelling to the NFL league.
The Froholdt brothers will also talk about some of their sports athlete experiences, from playing as club team members at Søllerod Gold Diggers and the Danish national American football team.
Apart from an active sports life, the brothers both respectively have a university degree in Kinesiology and Competition and Elite Sports.

How goes? Me? I’m just back from a course on Buddhist psychology, and man it was good. Why would I take such a course? Well, about 3 years ago, I went on a trip to Nepal with my daughter, to stay at a Tibetan monastery in Kathmandu for 10 days and learn about Buddhism. This course banged down some walls in my world, and I was intrigued by the thinking on thought-transformation and how we can work on this in our everyday lives. You know, tools and perspectives on how to work on changing your thought trajectory, from negative or simply not helpful, to more positive and purposeful.
I have used these tools and this thinking in my coaching and therapy sessions.
So, this weekend was about reviving that learning from 2019, and living that trinity of Buddhist thinking, study, meditate, reflection.
We covered discussions and reflections on thought. Thoughts that give us a deeper understanding of ourselves, and thoughts that create stress, and how we need to know the difference to take care of ourselves. Psychological wellness must be practiced in order to be realized. I mean, we get really good at what we practice a lot, that is just how it is, and this means that we can get really good at doing/practicing things that help us, but we can also get really good at doing/practicing things that don’t help us. However simple this sounds to you, this is what goes on in our lives on a daily basis, and we are just not always as attentive to whether our practices are good or bad for us. So, it is important to reflect on this from time to time, with a friend, a meeting with yourself, or a session with your coach or therapist. To tease out your practices, and if needed, strengthen the ones you have that are helpful or initiate some new more appropriate ones. Practices that take you where you want to go with this life.
