If you visit a beach or shoreline of a country, you might get familiar with it and feel you know the beach or even the country well, you might even judge it, but that's the illusion we live in. You get an impression of that beach on that day, or others according to the variables, the weather and the tides and even how you are feeling inside but you do not really know or understand the ever changing shoreline. Self care and training means also not allowing the opinions of others to affect you because they simply don't know or can’t know what it’s like to be you on your changing shores of life and why let them dump there rubbish on such a beautiful place (YOU!) anyway! 💜🙏🏻
