New Year Retreat on Samsø ❤
Authenticity and Sovereignty 27th – 30th December 2025.
Every being – human and otherwise – is a unique expression of a Dancing Universe – each and every one a Sovereign, complete and powerful being. On this retreat we will explore in depth the power of expressing that uniqueness authentically, living a sovereign life. We will investigate what keeps us from being true to our deepest Self and what supports us in finding the space, courage and grace to express and live who we truly are.
Some of the themes we will explore are:
* Understanding the reality of our true being
* The nature of deep authenticity
* What does it mean to be Sovereign and what are the implications if we really accept our own Sovereignty – and that of others?
* Finding ways to ANCHOR ourselves in our natural power
* Understanding authenticity and sovereignty in the great dance of interconnectedness

FLOW SKI RETREAT March 1-8, 2025 - how to enter flow on skis and in life.
One of the most amazing experiences we can have as humans is gliding on white snow crystals in sun-drenched mountains and valleys.
The feeling of flow - inside and out - is so fantastic that most of us have to go skiing every year. The experience of flow becomes even more intense when we ski with a meditative mindset.
In the Flow-Ski-Retreat, you get various tips and tools to step into flow and experience ultimate freedom. Tools you can also use back home in everyday life.
The place is Madonna Di Campiglio – a classic ski resort in the Dolomites, Italy – with fantastic flow pistes. The hotel, which also has a new SPA department, is situated by itself on a mountain top at the top of the terrain - and directly on the slopes. This means that we have peace and quiet in the evening and can ride the first morning rides on unspoiled pistes.
The rooms are cozy and have a private bathroom and we have half board with good and plentiful food. You can enjoy the SPA and whirlpool bath with fantastic mountain views.
