We had an incredible time last week at the Odense Robot & Science Festival! 🎉
Representing our hometown Odense, KUBO was present at the festival located in the beautiful Munke Mose. The festival invites kids of all ages to unfold their curiosity by exploring tech and coding robots, thus taking the kids from consumers of tech to creators - a mission KUBO is proud to be a part of 🤖
By conducting fun workshops, students as young as four had the opportunity to code their very first KUBO. This included building functions and loops that took KUBO around the school with our Starter Set, advancing the code with our add-on set Coding+, and going on a math-adventure in the KUBO Farm with KUBO Coding Math. Afterward, we invited everyone who was interested to our stand where both kids and adults could come and explore how coding can become as easy as solving a puzzle with our TagTile® coding language. Together with the hands-on solution, we also introduced our digital version KUBO Play that allows students to explore the digital KUBO universe filled with fun coding quests given by KUBO's friends. A universe you could both experience on the computer and with VR! 👀
Moreover, we had the pleasure to participate in a panel debate on Playful Learning with other great companies and NGOs that share our mission to make tech easy and fun to work with. Representing KUBO was our talented Educational Specialist Liv Ullum who discussed how KUBO plays into topics like play in tech, 21st century skills, Gender & STEM, and Novel Engineering 🤓
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the festival a memorable experience. Together, we're inspiring the next generation of innovators and coders! 🚀
Even more so, a big KUBO nod of approval to our hardcore KUBO Team who made it all happen Lina Zheng Pedersen, Yuliia Prykhodko and Liv Ullum 💪
