Back from Liverpool! 🎶🇬🇧

Well, what can I say - we have had an absolutely fantastic trip to Liverpool with quite simply the best group of students anyone could wish for. Everything ran according to our plan — so smooth was it, in fact, that the only “changes” we made were to add more good things! A spontaneous street performance or two, a night at The Book of Mormon, and plenty of musical moments all around the city.

Our students impressed everywhere they went — not just with their performances, but with their curiosity and great behavior at concerts and cultural sites. It’s been wonderful seeing everyone dive into Liverpool’s rich music history — from the Beatles to everything that’s followed.

And we can’t forget our adventure in Wales! 9 out of 17 students made it all the way to the top of Mount Snowdown — but I can safely say that everyone had fun, right?

We will wrap up this first period with a final concert for the whole school on Wednesday, October 29th, celebrating what’s been an amazing start to the year with a truly special group of students.

P1 Music has reached its end - and what a trip!

Yesterday we visited the British Music Experience where we learned about British music from 1900-now. We also got to play some different instruments🎧🎸🥁
Afterwards we did escape rooms, most students managed to escape😅
The day ended with a great experience in Manchester - dinner and a concert with Shae Universe.
Today we went for a full English breakfast, then performed our songs in the streets of Liverpool. Now headed for Manchester airport. Tired and happy☺️

We’re doing great and enjoying Liverpool!

We arrived Sunday, checked in to our fantastic house, and went for pizza.
Yesterday we explored the Beatles story followed by the magic mystery tour around Liverpool.
Today we went to Wales and hiked Mount Snowdon. It was a difficult hike, but all the students were awesome and almost everyone made it to the top!

Så er Musik ankommet til Prag efter en lang bustur!
Vi har været på guidet tur i Prag, gået rundt på egen hånd og været på Reduta Jazz Club.
I dag har vi været i Theresienstadt og ser frem til en middelalderaften med god musik og show 😎

Our last day in Berlin started like the other days, with a wonderful breakfast together. Then we walked to Berlin Zoo and enjoyed a couple of hours in the park, followed by shopping time.

A group of students went to see The Berlin Wall, and afterwards we all went to the giant JUSTMUSIC store, which had four floors with different instruments and rooms to try out the instruments.

The day ended with Pizzas by the Admiral Bridge in Kreuzberg.

We hope you had just as an exciting trip as we did!

“I have never felt this cool” this quote from one of the P1 music students pretty much sums up the day.

The day started with a thought-provoking trip to Sachsenhausen with P1 Media and P1 Dance.

Then we got a traditional Döner kebab from the famous Q***r area in Berlin for lunch.

Afterwords we played on the streets of Berlin! We have never been more proud - people were dancing, filming, singing along, and clapping 😎🥳

Then we ended our day with the great experience of eating at Hard Rock Cafe 🤟

These people..happy days!❤️❤️
