🎊 Congratulations 🎊
A big congrats to all of our students who are finishing today!

Congratulations to our 2. Main Course-students. Firstly, our global class, who are now skilled farmers, and who can bring their visions, knowledge and skills out into the world 👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾

Congratulations to our EUX-students, who made a big impression on everyone during their time at school, and who are both going to contribute with their skills and joyful mood on Danish cattle farms 🇩🇰🐄

Congratulations to our 1. Main Course, who are a lovely and versatile class, and who definitely knows how to support each other in the life of farming 🌱💚

And a big congratulations to our Basic Course, who didn't simply learn a lot about farming, but also managed to show and develop their practical skills on our school farm 💪🤠

Today is a happy day, even though we will miss this collection og students on the school! We wish the skilled farmers all the best in their future endeavours, and the others to have a lot of good experiences in the internships🌍

We are sure they will make a difference!

We went to the annual People's Meeting for Food! 🍽
There was plenty of talks and debates about the
sustainable food of the future ♻️ Legumes,
vegetables, insects, and other alternatives to meat were particularly popular topics this year 🥗🦗 Small
producers brought samples of goat cheese, orange
wine, charcuteri, beer, and other kinds of delicious
food and drinks - tasty, innovative and full of spirit
🍷💪 It was definitely inspiring - we hope to see many
more organic farmers there next year 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾

Before letting the sheep out on pasture, they needed a little trim 🐑✂️ Our former Production Leader-student, Hasse, dropped by to give a hand- Hasse has been trained in a special method using scissors instead of machine 💇‍♂️ Of course, our students had to try it, too 💪 There are good possibilities for working with sheep during internships as a global organic farmer!

A follow-up from the compost-making: Life develops, complex matter is being broken down - and we found a tardigrade! An interesting day under the microscope. Let's get as much life as possible in our soil! 🌱🪲🍄

Our students on 2. Main Course have been making compost "Soil Food Web"-style 🕸🍂 The right ingredients should give us the optimal biology in our finished compost! We have been using the ressources we have at the farm to explore new opportunities at cycling nutrients, and building strong and resilient systems ✊🌱

Last week the world became nine skilled organic farmers richer! 👨‍🌾👩‍🌾 We are very proud to be sending them out into the world, where they can use their skills, knowledge and enthusiasm where-ever they go 🌱💪 We wish all the best for a lovely team!

Also a big congratulations to our basic course students, who are now go to internships all around the world 🐖🌾🐄We thank for 20 good weeks with them here at the school, and look forward to have them back here again.
