The purpose of this site is to promote our participation in the elective course ‘Moot court’. This course will see us represent University of Southern Denmark in a prestigious, international competition for law students called The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The competition takes us to exciting places such as Hamburg, Hannover, Amsterdam, München and Vienna, where we w

ill compete among students from more than 300 universities representing approximately 100 countries. The Willem C. Vis Moot is based upon a dispute in the areas of arbitration and international commercial laws, and up until the competitions taking place in the above mentioned cities, the team will work extensively on written memorandas to form the foundation of the oral pleadings.
