Sådan beskriver en af drengene oplevelsen af at væren en del af det europæiske ”In Squats”-projekt som er støttet af EU og arbejde med social inklusion gennem fodbold.

I Danmark har vi uddannet trænere på Tåsinge og Thurø til at arbejde inkluderende i deres daglige træning og i uge 7 holder vi en lege og fodboldcamp for alle 4.-6.klasser der har lyst til at være med. Til slt på campen inviteres deres forældre også til at prøve fodbold fitness.

In-Squads-projektet bruger fodbold som et redskab til social inklusion med en metode, der ligger inden for rammerne af Sport for Development, som er defineret af internationale organisationer som UNICEF og FN, samt EU’s vision om sport som et redskab til social inklusion og transformation.

The next Football is Medicine conference will be held in Madeira, 21-24 January 2026.

We hereby invite you look at our webpage, for the 9th Football Is Medicine conference and we are really looking forward welcoming you in January!

The first 8 conferences were held in Lisbon (2018), Odense (2019), Tórshavn (2020), Doha (2022), Atlanta (2023), Florence (2024) and Jyväskylä (2025).
