I’ve been a little quiet these past weeks… and there’s a reason for that 🤭
Our son decided he was ready for the world three weeks before his due date — and he arrived on Christmas Eve ✨🎄
Nothing could have prepared us for how quickly life would change, how deeply we would feel, or how completely our hearts would expand the moment we met him.
The most unexpected, magical Christmas gift we could ever imagine.
These days have been filled with first breaths, tiny hands, sleepless nights, tears, love, and a kind of presence I’ve never known before. I’ve been soaking it all in — offline, slow, and right here with him 🤍
I will slowly start sharing yoga again as my body and energy allow it, but I kindly ask for a little patience with me as I find my way in this new season of life 🤍
Movement will look different for a while — softer, slower, and deeply intuitive.
My dear beautiful souls: Thank you for holding space, for your patience, and for being part of this journey with me.
I can’t wait to share more when the time feels right.
Welcome to the world, our sweet little miracle ✨

Stress used to feel like something I had to “push through.” Now I see it as something my body is trying to tell me.
Yoga taught me that stress isn’t just a mental feeling — it’s a full-body experience.
And when you slow down enough to actually notice it… everything begins to shift.
Some days it shows up as a tight chest.
Some days it’s the racing thoughts.
Other days it’s that “I can’t focus on anything” fog.
(You too?)
What changed everything for me wasn’t doing more.
It was learning how to meet my stress with softness instead of resistance. Tiny practices. Gentle movement. A few intentional breaths.
And suddenly, my whole system responds.
Not because I’m “stronger” —
but because I’m finally listening.
If stress has been loud for you lately, this carousel might help you see it in a different way. Save it for the days you need a reminder that calm isn’t something you force — it’s something you return to.
And tell me in: ✨ How does stress usually show up in your body? I’d love to create more content based on what you’re moving through right now 🤍

Remember to save this for later 🌿
We all have those days — when getting out of bed feels heavier, and your body needs a gentler start.
That’s when I love doing this simple morning yoga sequence. It’s grounding, soft, and helps you wake up from the inside out… without rushing anything.
You don’t need a long practice.
Just a few mindful minutes to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself 🤍
✨ The sequence:
• Knees to chest (hold 2–5 min)
A grounding hold to soften your lower back and settle your nervous system.
• Windshield wipers (20 reps each side)
Gentle rotations to release your spine and hips.
• Cat–cow (1 minute)
Open your heart, wake up your breath, and bring mobility into your spine.
• Thread the needle (10 reps each side)
Melt tension in your shoulders and upper back.
• Puppy pose (hold 1–2 min)
A soft, sweet chest opener to invite in deeper breaths.
• Down dog walk (30–90 sec)
Step it out and wake up your whole posterior chain with ease.
• Hip–hamstring pulsation (10 reps each side)
Slow, fluid movements to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings.
• Dragon pose (1 min each side)
A deep hip release to clear out morning tightness.
• Swan pose (2 min each side)
Melt into your glutes and hips — a powerful emotional release point.
• Seated gratitude practice (a few minutes)
End with presence. Reflect on three things you’re grateful for today — big or small.
💛 This isn’t about doing it “right.” It’s about tuning in, moving slowly, and giving your body the gentle support it deserves — especially on the mornings when you need it most.
🌿 Save this sequence for a softer start — and tell me in the comments: how does your body usually feel when you wake up — stiff, restless, or heavy?

Most people are counting down to Christmas… but we’re over here counting down to you — I can’t believe we get to meet you next month 🥹✨
This pregnancy has been beautiful and challenging at the same time — big emotions, a fast-changing body, and lots of new limits… but even more wonder.
Because watching you grow from a tiny flicker on a screen to this strong little boy kicking my ribs and saying “hi” in the middle of the night 😅 — it melts me in the sweetest way.
And your dad… my heart could burst.
Helping me off the sofa now that my abs have officially clocked out 🤭, holding space for every emotion that I have, and loving us so quietly and consistently. You’re going to be so loved by him.
And me? I’ll spend my whole life doing everything I can to make you feel safe, supported, and endlessly loved 🤍

There’s something so special about preparing all the little essentials before our baby arrives — the tiny textures, the softness, the feeling of getting ready for a completely new chapter 😌
I’ve been testing these beautiful pieces from My Copenhagen Kid, and I’m honestly in love. Especially their muslin cloths — they’re incredibly soft, lightweight and high-quality… the kind of fabric that feels gentle on a newborn’s skin (and makes you want to stock up on a few extras 🥹✨).
And the Konges Sløjd changing bag has already become one of my favourites. Spacious, practical, clean design — and so easy to style with everything. I can already see this one following me everywhere during those early newborn days 🍼👶🏼🤍
If you want to check them out, My Copenhagen Kid has given me a little treat for you:
✨ Code: mariatherese — gives you 25% off the changing bag + the muslin cloths all weekend (until Sunday).
You’ll find the direct link to all discounted products in my bio 🫶
Can’t wait to hear what you think 🥹🙏🏻

I used to move my body because I felt like I had to.
Because it was what everyone around me did.
Because I thought it made me “good” or “disciplined.”
But the older I get — and especially now during pregnancy — the reasons behind my movement have completely changed.
It’s no longer about pushing, fixing, or controlling.
It’s about feeling.
About grounding myself when my thoughts run fast.
Releasing tension I didn’t even realise I was holding.
Sleeping better.
Softening my mood.
Caring for the future version of me.
Movement feels different now.
Kinder.
More supportive.
More mine ✨
If any of these reasons resonate with you too, tell me which one. I love hearing your experiences — it makes this space feel more connected 💛
