Turkic Night Memories 🧿
On April 9th, we brought the spirit of Turkic culture to DTU, and what a night it was.🫂
This event came to life thanks to an incredible team of dedicated volunteers who worked on everything from concept design to the final preparations on the day. Together, we created not just an event, but a warm and welcoming community space.🤗
From a carefully organized structure with hosts greeting guests, to the vibrant atmosphere that made everyone feel at home, every detail mattered.
We shared the richness of Turkic culture through food and traditions:
🍽️ Düşbere, sarma, and Uzbek rice served for people
☕ Freshly brewed Turkish coffee, prepared by our volunteers
🍬 Sweet lokum to complete the experience
This night was also made even more special through the generosity of our community, with donations and support that truly reflected the spirit of solidarity and hospitality.
More than anything, Turkic Night was about connection. About bringing people together, celebrating diversity, and creating a sense of belonging.
