Idag har vi fornøjelsen af at have teamet fra DTU og udvalgte sponsorer på besøg i plusenergihuset EMBRACE.
DTU måler dagligt på hvor meget energi huset producerer og forbruger - og de vil blive ved med at måle på huset hen over vinteren. Og det er ikke kun i teorien at det virker, - huset producerer langt mere energi end det forbruger!

EMBRACE is back!
After the competition in Versailles, EMBRACE was dismantled and shipped back to Denmark. It has been reassembled on the island of Als in Danfoss Universe, which is a hands-on science theme park.
In the continuation of the exhibition in Paris, we are glad that the house will continue being used to spread our conception of sustainable housing. It is very positive for us to make school kids and families aware of the challenges around buildings, energy and urban development. In addition, DTU still uses the house to perform experiments and measurements for academic purpose.
The Universe park opens again in the end of March, come and visit! :)

As earlier announced, members from Team DTU received the DTU Blue Dot award last Monday.
"DTU Blue Dot Projects are extensive cross-disciplinary, student-driven projects in which the students invent, build and implement new solutions to real-life engineering problems."
Unfortunately not all receivers were able to be present for the award, but here we present the part of the team that went on stage to receive their diploma.
