Forløbet hedder:

💖Lær at vælge dig selv til 💖

I løbet af disse 7 uger får du værktøjer til, hvordan du kan lære at vælge dig selv til.

Og opfylde dine egne behov, så du kan mærke din energi og glæde komme tilbage i dit liv 💖

Specielt, hvis du har lidt af mønstrer som medafhængighed og været i narcissistiske forhold.

Du vil på forløbet bl.a. lære at:

Modul 4: Lær at lytte til din intuition 🌱

Modul 5: Regulering af dit nervesystem 🌱

Modul 6: Skab plads til din healing 🌱

Modul 7: Manifester den nye dig - din nye identitet🌱

Jeg giver dig alle de værktøjer, som har virket i min egen healing🌱og du vil have disse værktøjer for evigt.

Disse strækker sig fra øvelser til regulering af dit nervesystem, bevægelse, dans, tid i naturen, værktøjer til at skifte dit mindset samt manifestation 🌱

Attachment and the need to belong are fundamental human desires, deeply rooted in our quest for love, care, and significance within our families and communities. 

From the moment we are born, we seek connection, yearning to feel valued and integral to the social fabrics around us. 

Yet, intertwined with this desire for attachment, exists another equally profound need - the need for authenticity. 

In the early stages of life, this authenticity is palpable. 

Newborns and young children navigate the world with an innate clarity, closely attuned to their emotions and instincts. They embody a sense of genuine self-expression.

And while this was once you, as you grew, the journey became more complex. 
The world introduced you to rules and expectations that didn’t always align with the truth of who you were. 
The messages from those around you, especially during your formative years, might have suggested that being true to yourself was a secondary concern to fitting in. 
This is where the heart of the matter lies.

This point in your life, where the need to belong begins to tangle with the urge to be authentically you, is pivotal. 

It’s a theme that doesn’t just resolve with the end of childhood but continues throughout your life. 

If you’ve ever felt the strain between these two forces, you’re far from alone. It’s a shared human experience, a delicate dance between seeking acceptance and honoring your true self.

Understanding and embracing the complexity of human needs, both for connection and authenticity, is essential in cultivating meaningful relationships and creating a sense of belonging that does not come at the expense of your true self. 

I really believe that in doing so, we can co-create a more compassionate, understanding, and genuinely connected society.
