Finished my first class at the new Dharma Yoga studio ๐ so happy to be back teaching after a little summer holiday - and it's such a pretty place! You can catch me every Thursday evening 7-8pm for a LYT flow, ending with a short sound bath to help you feel more free, calm and relaxed ๐

Sometimes I find a teacher that resonates with me so much, and one of those is the mindfulness teacher Hugh Byrne.
He weaves poetry into his meditations and they help me understand things so much better.
I had one of those moments where something just clicked today, when he read the poem by Dorothy Hunt called 'Peace Is This Moment Without Judgement'.
As someone who struggles with anxiety it can be so hard to imagine there being peace in any moment, but it is there. Underneath it all. If we can let go of the rumination, the what ifs, the judgement and the struggle, we find a place inside of ourselves that is always at peace, even if we find it for only a second ๐ซถ๐

Does your mind often feel ๐ตโ๐ซ๐คฏ when you wake up in the morning?
If it does, I get it! And it can be so hard to pause and take a breather. But if you can take as little as 5 minutes it can help your day start in a more calm, balanced and present way.
