The panel consists of these three impressive women:

Mette Kaagaard has a background in mechanical engineering from DTU and broad experience in IT, the public sector, and the media industry, as well as solid board experience. Today, she is the CEO of Microsoft for Denmark and Iceland, where she applies her technical insight and strategic experience.

Maria Anker Andersen is CEO and founder of FLA Leadership, the first non-profit organisation in the Nordics that works to strengthen careers and leadership among students and young professionals. Through curated leadership programs, events, podcasts, and partnerships, she and her team work to promote diversity, equality, and the next generation of leaders.

Natasha Hougaard is co-founder and CEO of the company Skjoldet. She has been named a Top 25 female entrepreneur and has previously served on the board at DTU. In addition, she is pursuing a master’s degree at DTU, where she continues to strengthen her technical foundation.

Welcome to the world of intercultural communication.

On Monday, February 16th, we’re hosting a workshop on campus about working across cultures. Before you think “that sounds very academic🤓”, it’s actually about all the small and slightly awkward situations that can happen when we work with people from different backgrounds.

We basically want you to learn how to survive and thrive✨ in multicultural group work, internships, and future jobs without overthinking every interaction.

AND YES — there will be free food. We’re students. Of course there’s free food.
