Welcome to the DTU's Alternative Protein Project first event of 2025!

The vision and goal of Alternative Protein Project is to spread out the word about the impact and the opportunities that alternative food products are bringing.

For that reason we are happy to organise our very first event of this year in which professionals and specialists from industry and academia will introduce you to the three fields of the alternative food production: Fermented products, Plant-based products and Cultivated meat.
